Mono is a complicated and mysterious virus. Because most doctors don’t understand it very well, many victims go untreated…they’re told to just “sleep it off” and then have to live in quiet suffering for months on end…thankfully, you don’t have to suffer any more.
Before reading any further, you must know one thing…it’s very important that you take the time to read this…understand it…and take it to heart:
If you are suffering from the fatigue, sickness, and depression of mono, you are not at fault. Many doctors want you to believe that your symptoms are psychosomatic, that you’re a hypochondriac, or that you’re just “feeling low.”
In other words, they tell you that you’re the one with the problem—you’re hypersensitive, just imagining it, or you’re just plain lazy.
The fact of the matter is that they are simply wrong.
Despite what your doctor might have told you, mono is not only a real health problem, it can have devastating effects on all parts of your life.
In fact, if you have mono, it's not something mental or emotional…indeed, it’s not your fault at all. The only blame you can take is if you don't do anything about it now!
If you’re like many mono victims, you don’t know where to turn. You need help, but your doctor just doesn’t seem to be doing enough. Don’t worry; help is on its way!
Here is some mono information you need to know that most other websites won't tell you.

Mono Facts You Need To Know
You need to know what you’re dealing with so you can effectively eliminate Mono from your life…forever!
Infectious Mononucleosis, or “mono"
for short, is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus. It is a viral infection
with severe symptoms that can leave you bed-ridden for weeks, even month.
Mono is easily passed from person to person through contact with the saliva of someone who is infected, either through kissing (where the common title for mono, "the kissing disease", comes from) or sharing a drinking glass or eating utensil. The virus also lies in the mucus of an infected person, making it easily spread through a cough or sneeze. A person can be sick with mono for weeks, sometimes even a couple of months, before any symptoms begin to appear.
The first signs of mono can easily be confused with cold and flu symptoms - fever, headache, sore muscles and swollen lymph nodes. When extreme fatigue sets in it's almost a sure sign of mono. Sometimes it is too much of an effort to even take a shower. Young adults ages 15-25 are most commonly infected with mono, known as glandular fever in most European countries. Doctors estimate that 95% of adults, almost every adult in the world, has been infected with the Epstein-Barr virus, a member of the herpes-virus family.
When young children and young adults do become infected
with the virus, the symptoms may sometimes be mild and mistaken for a
common cold or flu. But for most people, becoming infected with the Epstein-Barr
virus almost always leads to full-blown mono.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms... everybody's
next question is always...
"What Caused Your Mono?"
As I said, you didn't do anything wrong and your mono is not your fault.
Many doctors want you to believe that YOU are responsible for your mono. They’ll tell you it’s a result of things like not enough exercise or too much stress, or…believe it or not, they might tell you, you don’t have mono at all, you’re just a hypochondriac.
I’m here to tell you any doctor that tells you these things without doing a thorough examination to rule out mono is not doing their job properly. You didn’t cause your mono. You are a victim of it. I’m here to change that for you.
Mono is simply caused by contact with someone (or something) that has been infected with the Epstein-Barr virus. It is most easily spread through salvia (e.g., kissing, drinking out of the same glass, or being in proximity to somebody sneezing).
As you can see, if you have mono, you did nothing “bad” to get it. But, now that you have it, you have to do everything you can to get well…and fast. The longer you leave mono untreated, the longer it takes to get better.
As surprising as it sounds, most doctors have very little idea how to treat mono…often prescribing the incorrect drugs or potentially dangerous medications that could worsen your condition. That's why you have to be ready to learn about your treatment options now...

Mono Treatments or Remedy Options
You have several options to treat your mono , but unfortunately, many of these options are ineffective, time-consuming, and very, very expensive and, more than that, some of the side effects that these options cause are even worse than the mono itself!
Let’s take a look at how mono has been traditionally treated, so you can know what’s available to help you. Doctors will tell mono sufferers to rest and eat well, but they will also make the mistake of prescribing medications like antibiotics.
Taking antibiotics can be one of the worst things you cando if you have mono. Antibiotics are only effective against bacterial infections, not viral infections. More than that, antibiotics can actually be harmful if taken for viral infections… mutating into what doctors call “super germs” which can be very dangerous to your health. In addition, some doctors prescribe such medications as steroids to their patients, especially if there are other conditions taking place (like Strep throat or sinus infections). While this may take care of the immediate problem, steroids have been known to have serious side effects such as weight gain, acne, joint distress, mood changes, and more.
What good is that? A drug that causes more, potentially serious problems for you to suffer through than you already had! That’s not how a good remedy should work, is it? With all these potentially harmful side effects and the high costs of medication, I know you’re wondering if there’s a better way, a safer, faster or more efficient way you can permanently deal with your mono.
What you really need is something to protect and enhance your immune system so it can begin working properly and put you on the path to good health. There just has to be a better way to help you, right?

Commonly Asked Questions
Question: I didn't kiss anyone, how did I get Mono?
Answer: Infectious Mononucleosis, or "mono" for short, is a result of being infected by the Epstein-Barr virus, the most common virus known to humankind. It can be in your system for weeks and even months before symptoms begin to appear, making it difficult to pin-point the time or cause of infection. The virus inhabits the saliva of an infected person, making it contagious through kissing or sharing a drinking glass, straw or eating utensil. The virus also lies in mucus (in the throat and nose/sinuses), allowing it to be transmitted through a cough or sneeze.
Question: When will I get better?
Answer: Mono can take 2 weeks to several months to develop. Once fully
developed, mono will have symptoms similar to a cold or flu, such as a
sore throat, achy muscles and swollen lymph nodes. The tell-tale sign
of having mono is extreme fatigue. These symptoms can last anywhere between
2-4 weeks or as many months, and sometimes longer. After the symptoms
have subsided and you begin returning to normal activities, it can take
any where from 2 weeks to 4 months to fully recover. Monobril™ is
a unique blend of ingredients that help give your immune system an all-natural
and safe super-charge, strengthening your liver and spleen to combat the
infection and get you back to normal and fully recovered in a matter of
weeks.
Question: Should I stay active to help fight the infection and fatigue?
Answer: NO. The more work you put your body through the harder it has to work to fight the infection. Letting your body rest, as your doctor recommends, is the best way to let your immune system do its job. The unique blend of ingredients in Monobril™ which countless research has documented to support your liver and spleen, the organs of your body that fight infection and purify and cleanse your blood, gives your body the all-natural boost it needs to fight the infection quickly. If you have had the infection for a long time (several weeks) or even if you have just recently realized you were infected, your spleen is most likely swollen due to the amount of infection it as working so hard to combat. If you become too active too soon it is very possible to rupture your spleen, requiring immediate surgery to remove. The BEST way to fight the infection and regain your energy and strength is through plenty of bed rest.
Question: How soon can I go back to regular activities?
Answer: You should be able to begin resuming normal activities as
soon as you start feeling better. Learn more about the powerful combination
of potent botanical ingredients that are essential to making it effective
to give your immune system a super-charge so that you can recover from
the symptoms of mono in a matter of days and be back to your normal self
with in weeks. Your spleen may still be swollen even after you start feeling
better. If you become too active too soon (such as contact sports or aggressive
playing) it is very possible to rupture your spleen, which is located
just above the left side of your diaphragm, requiring immediate surgery
to remove. When you do begin resuming normal activities, please be very
cautious.
Question: Can I get mono again? Will taking any
botanical ingredients cure me of mono?
Answer: No, botanical ingredients will not cure you of
mono—there is no cure for mono. Because it is a viral infection
it will stay dormant in your blood for the rest of your lifetime. However,
once you have had mono, it is extremely uncommon to have a relapse.
